School Affiliation

We are delighted to have schools affiliate to Gloucestershire Hockey Association. We aim to keep affiliated schools informed about schools competitions and other GHA initiatives. This letter describes the process. The affiliation form that you need to complete and return is available as an Excel spreadsheet or as a PDF that you can print and complete by hand.
